The Palms Spa Zanzibar

The Palms has six large villas, with a bedroom, living room, ensuite bathroom, dressing room, extra room with it's own en suite bathroom & large furnished terrace with views of the Indian Ocean.

Each villa features a sophisticated interior in all colours of coffee and cream, billowing curtains,  polished floors making a unique marriage of colonial grandeur and traditional design. On the veranda, a silk-draped four-poster Zanzibar Bed and a sunken midnight blue plunge pool give views of the Indian Ocean.

A fusion of cultures in Zanzibar has resulted in a unique cuisine, which blends exotic spices, fruits and flavours of the island. Our chefs have an exotic menu fusing just caught with fresh picked for a wonderful dining experience. An elegant colonnaded terrace leads into the bar and on to the elegant dining room.

The Palms also features a spa in a beautiful setting. Guests at The Palms can also use the neighbouring frangipani Spa, which offers world-class treatments and facilities. In this beautiful setting you can enjoy a variety of treatments and therapies, all aimed at relieving the negative impacts of a modern lifestyle such as stress & exhaustion. Our international team of professional therapists offers a wide variety of facial, body and hand & foot treatments, as well as specialised massage techniques. With our therapists from Thailand and Bali, you can experience the invigorating Thai massage and the renowned Balinese Massage.

Neighbouring facilities include a fitness centre, floodlit tennis court, marine activities centre with windsurfing and snorkelling. A fully equipped and licensed scuba diving centre is available at a charge which is payable locally.
