Luxury Tented Camp on the Simbazi River
Situated on the banks of the Simbazi River, a tributary of the Rufiji River found in Tanzania’s vast Selous Game Reserve, Selous Luxury Camp offers luxurious tented camp accommodation. Access to the camp is via Stiegler airstrip and a scenic 30 minute drive.
Selous Luxury Camp comprises 12 tents set on wooden decks with grass-thatched roofs, luxuriously furnished with adjoining beautifully appointed bathrooms.
Each tent is positioned to offer optimum game viewing as well as privacy, with outstanding views of untouched wilderness, enormous trees and lush, dense vegetation.
The lodge has a separate dining area and guest lounge overlooking the natural watering hole, lit in the evenings for night viewings. An outside viewing deck and swimming pool give a place to unwind between game drives.
Activities on offer will please both those seeking the thrill of a safari and those out to simply enjoy the more peaceful and serene environment.
