Moshi Mountain Inn
Pre-and-Post Kilimanjaro Trek Hotel Located just 6 km from Moshi town on the road to Marangu and the main gate to Kilimanjaro National Park, the Mountain Inn is a convenient pre and post trek hotel for Kilimanjaro climbers. From the Mountain Inn it takes around 1 hour to Marangu Gate and half an hour to Mweka Gate. Driving time to Kilimanjaro International Airport is about 1 hour on good tarmac roads.
Mountain Inn has 35 simple rooms all with en-suite toilets and showers. A dining room serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with a set menu and a-la-carte menu on offer. Meals, depending on the weather, may also be taken on the wide veranda overlooking lush gardens. The small fully stocked bar is a popular place for meeting fellow trekkers. Other facilities include a sauna and a swimming pool. Indian cuisine is available at the pool bar.
