Tindiga Tented Camp

Tindiga Tented Camp is a beautiful and small traditional camp close to Lake Eyasi, the lake of east African bushman. The camp overlooks the shrubland of the Eyasi Ecosystem, with views of the distant hills of Ngorongoro, and offers the ultimate “African experience”. To the north there is the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with it’s surrounding volcanic hills. To the west are the game filled plains of the Serengeti. The Lake of Eyasi is just 1.5 kilometres from the camp, a seasonal salt water lake that almost completely dries up in the dry season.

The camp has ten spacious classical cream coloured canvas tents with ensuite showers and flush toilets.
Each tent has its own private veranda, mosquito nets over the beds, mosquito coils, candles & matches
Electric lights are in both the tent and bathroom.

Due to the nature of the camp, personalized service and quality is our aim. The camp blends in beautifully with the natural environment and is run with an eco-friendly approach; protecting and preserving the natural resources.

The main tent has a rustic dining area and small intimate bar and offers a fairytale set-up in the evenings: traditional hurricane lamps are set in the grounds and along paths to tents. 

Small plunge pool offers a place to cool off after an exciting game drive.
